what coding language should i start off with?

well read the title. i want to know what the easiest coding language is. Also i want to know what the best way to learn that coding language would be

Easiest would be Visual Basic.

After VB would be C#, C++, then Java.

Hm for making hacks or for programming globally?
For hacks: C++
For global programming: vb.net

well, i want to make hacks. c++ would be good? what's the best way to learn it. (video, book, e.t.c)
