MW2 help with xbox 360 controller

So my naghbor buys a bunch of games for the PC and plays them online with a xbox360 wired controller and xpadder but he changes the game to be like all xbox360 buttons how can I make it so it shows the buttons on MW2 and I can play as if it's xbox?

You need to install xPadder.
It won't show it ingame but you must download a config online or make your own.

Already did it but I want the same stuff as if I was playing on xbox 360.
