Ipak extractor

The files extract absolutely perfectly, so all we need now is an IWI to DDS converter that supports BOII's IWI. Unless I'm missing something!

The real creator updated it and now it decompresses the iwi's. Just use the iwi_x_dds to do the rest.

Presumably the Diegologic iwixdds? I still get "Did not find the correct cookie in the IWIHEADER". A few Nuketown textures opened for me, but they seemed to be identical to the Black Ops ones anyhoo. Thanks though.
