Connecting Channel. Please wait. (PLEASE HELP)

Hey Guys,

I'm having this problem with my crossfire. The log in is fine, but when i'm choosing a server or choosing a channel to play on. It freezes and stay on the dialog that says "Connecting Server/Channel. Please wait." It just stays and freezes at that. I have already tried running as administrator. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
