yes you can, just edit the DayzMenu.ini file in the loader folder, to you're path for scripts

Well yeah you just edit the ini file to launch your menu. To add scripts to a menu would depend on the menu.

And say if i wanted to use Rubber's Dayz menu what would i put in there ?

I'd suggest asking someone who has that menu.

Where did you put the startmenu.sqf or initmenu.sqf of files like that?

I'm guessing you would have to copy the mah.sqf file in scr to outside the scr folder and then put "Default=mah.sqf" in the .ini
