Loadlib.exe not working

Hey guys i can open Loadlibrary.exe from here: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/242-crossf...addys-tut.html

But when i click "Load Library" with CShell.dll it just closes... PLeasse help me or give me another new loadlib.exe
