Rotmg Private Server

Hello i have set up all my things for a private server but when i open up the .swf client it keeps saying "Loading Error" Help anyone please??

Got the same Problem and Skyp is so closed... but if i look at the Log (Rotmgserver) it sayes: "Exception in thread "main" java.net.SocketException: socket closed"
And in the other one it sayes (Webserver): "2013-04-17 20:50:30.388:INFOejsh.ContextHandler:main: started o.e.j.s.ServletContextHandler@a4b78b{/,null,AVAILABLE}
2013-04-17 20:50:30.448:WARNejuc.AbstractLifeCycle:main: FAILED ServerConnector@8140ed{HTTP/1.1}{0.0.0.0:80}: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: bind"
