Wish i knew, but i'm currently using Infistars menu on original dayz, the one i have doesn't work on overwatch or anything yet, but i think the one i have is a bit outdated, but TandD Menu and Infistar is the best menus I have found so far.

Spawning vehicles is not really around anymore.
Get an old menu change it a bit and get a undetected RE.
but from what I know there are no free/Payed undetected menu's with RE.
What u can do is teleport vehicles to you. but then ur still limited to the vehicles that already exist in that server.
