Using RogueKiller?

I downloaded it because of the whole swatsec attack. I ran a scan by clicking scan. Its shows me my registry and there and items and in red and items in black? Whats the difference? Look at photo should I just delete everything that pops up in the registry? Does it delete harmful stuff as it finds it?
