Steam Account Hacking?

I recently got scammed for a knife, and i want someone of you to hack hes account (If it's possible)

Keylogging/Phishing yes. I think this is against the rules on MPGH too if I'm not wrong. No other way to hack a steam account besides keylogging through a 3rd party program or somehow getting the target's email and sending them a phishing email from 'Steam'.
