With Cheat Engine There is a chance but not a big chance Just Use at your own risk

It works great!
When using two pistols, the left pistol gets limited ammo and needs to be reloaded while the right pistol gets unlimited ammo.

Also, is there a way to change the values of available 'Teeth' in extinction mode?
This was added in the 3.9.8 update of the game.

i dont know where is tha i dont know how to use 2 guns

its after you've maxed out the skills for the pistol in-game, you get two pistols..

but nvm, its a great trainer.. thank you
