Hack clients won't build anymore?

I have tried weep, aeon, and nodus but can't seem to get the build option to work

The option does work in single player. Anyway around this?

I doubt it. Guess it's messing with some server-sided stats that are unaccessable in multiplayer servers

Ncp blocks it and there isn't a client that bypasses it as far as I know.

There are probably many plugins, like glw said above, that block access to the data required for that hack to work properly.
