What program is used to get addies?

Hey guys can someone please tell me what program you use to get addies from warrock and is it hard? and if also possible can someone upload one here or pm me a offsite link so i can download the program please

and you can do it by hand.

i can do alot of stuff by hand (if you know what i mean ) but please if you can find it that would be great
