Computer Help! (GFX Cards)

So for christmas I was planning on getting a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti, or a EVGA GeForce 750. I don't really know If I can use them without my PC getting destroyed, or bottlenecking. If it does destroy or bottleneck my PC what will that do? PC Specs:

Since I don't know what power supply you got and from the link now i know it's a dell computer that means it got AC Power supply which means it might have 250 watt to 350, If 350 you might be able to get GTX 750 without battle necking anything but you are comparing two different GPU's with slight of advantage in each one.

You are bringing it down to yourself at the end when you chose a pre-built computer and if you have the money to buy a custom computer, First think about what you want & what parts suits you and the build is easy don't be afraid there is nothing to be afraid of after God obviously, Building a computer is fun and hard for the first time but once you are done from assembling it you will feel happiness of what your hand had made.
