Need Help with GTA V Key Issue

Hi, 2 weeks ago i got banned until may 16, when my ban was over i tried to join the game and it was asking for my key again

i went to talk to rockstar support and they told me that they can help me if i give them this:

1.Screen shot of proof of purchase.
2.Screen shot of the actual Key code.

But i have a bigger problem, i bought this game from a random guy so i only have the key and i think that if i take a print of my screen to my key won't help me at all.

so if someone have a idea to help me out, i would apreciate it.

Have you already fixed your problem? Just send R* support your transaction and your key, then wait for them to respond.
