Help with server admin controls!

So i was recently on my friends server and he has a script where his admins can teleport, spawn, heal, and etc. First how does that work? Wouldn't battleye ban them as soon as they spawn something or even teleport? Also where can i find a script just like this or similar that i can use in my server? I've been looking through forums and most people say to take part or most of the code from other script menus/ mod menus (like infistar); is this the best way to do it? If so where do i put the code? How and where? Also in case you havent noticed i know nothing about scripting so i need lots of help..... Thanks!
